I told her that we must have owned the house too long to not see all these aspects of the property which didn’t necessarily seem like a big deal, and she said ‘Every feature of your house is a big deal, and when people walk through they are scanning. It’s my job to remind them of all that is a big deal here.’ Wow!!

When we were ready to go, Ava first hosted a lovely evening open house with wine and cheese for the neighborhood and potential buyers. Her food display was elegant and tasteful, she didn’t just get store bought platters on plastic trays. She also brought flowering plants, fresh flowers, music, and created a beautiful event to the caliber I would host a party of my own. Ava even went as far as staging our pool with two large floats! She personally bought a cheery giant pineapple and a very cute lama to really create an inviting experience of our pool for buyers because I learned from her, that for some, a pool can be seen as a liability, and she wanted to make sure it was seen as a fun source of entertainment. This is what I mean, she’s paying attention to everything and she’s making sure that it’s perfect.

Ava brought us multiple offers and was fastidious reviewing the pros and cons of each of them, presented them clearly, heard what we wanted, went back only to returned with an offer we could not refuse. Because Ava is so articulate and tactful in her style of communication, she was incredibly good at interfacing with the cooperating agent, attorneys, appraisers, etc. and this aspect of her process led to successfully getting our home sold and she got us a great price.

There are many realtors out there, but Ava is the whole package. When it came to pricing, she knew the inventory and talked through strategies to get the best return. When it came to getting the house ready, she knew what to do and who to call to do it. When the house was marketed, the materials she created were spectacular and truly showcased our house.
